Fitness creators were early adopters of OnlyFans, often as a way to sell training content without a platform cut, and the category now runs from fully SFW coaching pages to adult accounts built around physique. The difference matters a lot to subscribers, so every entry on this list says plainly what kind of page it is, in the creator’s own words.
Eligibility
Fitness, training or physique has to be the page’s stated focus, visible across the creator’s profile and linked socials. Both women and men are eligible; male fitness creators also appear on the male ranking. We note SFW, near-SFW or adult from the creator’s own profile.
Impersonation
This is the most impersonated niche on the platform. Fitness influencers have big public followings, and fake OnlyFans pages using their photos are everywhere. We list an account only when the OnlyFans link appears on the creator’s own verified Instagram, TikTok or website. If we can’t trace it, it isn’t here.
Pricing
Two patterns. SFW fitness pages are usually cheap ($3 to $10), no-PPV, with everything on the feed, and can be excellent value for training content. Adult fitness pages run the usual mix of free-with-PPV and paid. The comparison table shows price and PPV load for each.
What we weight
The standard five criteria. Consistency is the main risk for SFW pages, which sometimes go quiet when the creator’s main business picks up, so activity over the last 90 days is checked closely.
Verification
Editor-confirmed adult status, live official URL linked from verified socials, stated PPV policy. Re-checked every 60 days.
